Estimated delivery dates are based on timely client cooperation. Changes in project scope may require additional time and cost.
Reasonable revisions are included as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Prime Marketing reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless restricted by a written agreement.

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
